Python / AI Developer: Build Real-Time Sports Analysis & Props Bot via TG

Project Overview ​Looking for an experienced backend & AI/ML engineer to build an automated sports analysis engine delivered through a private TG bot interface. ​The system will pull live sports data, player props, injury updates, and hyper-local game weather (wind speed, precipitation volume, field condition) to calculate and recommend the highest-probability player prop outcomes for any requested matchup. ​Hosting & Ownership Requirement: All code will be developed, tested, and deployed directly on my personal Vultr VPS instance via GitHub/GitLab. No local-only development—I must own the repository, configuration files, and environment at every milestone. ​Key Deliverables & Features ​User Interface (TG Bot): ​Command-based query system (e.g., /analyze [team vs team] or /props [game]). ​Clean, formatted card responses displaying: ​Recommended player prop & sportsbook line. ​Calculated probability & estimated edge. ​Context summary: Key injury impact, weather factors (wind mph, rain/snow depth, field condition). ​Real-time push alerts when high-value lines are flagged. ​ Real-Time Data Ingestion: ​Live Player Props: Ingest current lines (Over/Under) across NFL, NBA, MLB, and Tennis via standard APIs (e.g., The Odds API, OddsJam). ​Injury & Lineup Feeds: Live roster updates and questionable/out tags. ​ Granular Weather Engine: Game-time outdoor weather feeds measuring wind speed/gusts, temperature, precipitation rate, and accumulated snow/water levels. ​ Probability & Value Engine: ​Statistical comparison of live betting lines against adjusted player projections based on real-time weather and roster changes. ​Sorting algorithm that isolates the single highest-likelihood player prop on the board for the specified game. ​Deployment & Setup on Vultr: ​Full deployment on my Linux/Ubuntu Vultr VPS. ​Containerized setup (Docker / Docker Compose preferred for easy maintenance and restarts). ​Complete documentation on how to add API keys, restart the service, and maintain feeds. ​Preferred Skills ​Python (FastAPI / python-telegram-bot / Telethon) ​Docker & Linux server management (Vultr / DigitalOcean / AWS) ​Experience with Sports Data APIs (The Odds API, Sportradar, Tomorrow.io, OpenWeather) ​Data modeling & probability scoring Please reply with a timeline when you will be able to complete this type of build from start to finish.
