The product combines traditional Web Development with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, intelligent Automation, and modern cloud infrastructure. We're building a platform where users can manage business data, interact with AI assistants, automate workflows, and access everything through a simple web interface. We already have an initial product architecture and several working prototypes. We're now expanding our engineering team and looking for experienced Python Developer, AI Engineer, AI Agent Developer, Full Stack Developer, and Backend Developer specialists to help us build new features, improve existing applications, and prepare our systems for production. We're hiring for different roles, so you don't need to be an expert in every technology listed below. We're looking for engineers who are strong in their area and comfortable collaborating with other developers. Project Overview The main application allows users to connect business data, upload documents, manage records, and interact with an AI assistant that understands their information. For example, users should be able to ask questions about documents, retrieve information from connected databases, trigger actions through external APIs, and automate common business processes without switching between multiple applications. Our backend is primarily built with Python, FastAPI, and Django, with PostgreSQL for data storage. The frontend uses React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, while some supporting services use Node.js. We're integrating OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, and other Large Language Models (LLMs) to support conversational AI, document processing, intelligent search, and AI agents. This includes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, function calling, and tool calling. We're also building data processing and Data Science capabilities to help users work with structured and unstructured information, generate insights, and automate analysis. Some parts of the platform are already working, but we need help connecting different components, improving reliability, and building additional functionality. What You'll Do The work will depend on your experience and the part of the platform you're assigned to. For our backend services, we need help developing Python applications, building REST APIs, designing PostgreSQL databases, and implementing authentication, permissions, and asynchronous processing. API Development and API Integration are important parts of the project, since our platform connects with multiple external services. On the AI side, we're building an assistant that can understand user requests, retrieve information from documents and databases, and perform actions using external tools. We're looking for experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, LLM Integration, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agents. We want the assistant to maintain conversation context, handle complex questions, use structured outputs, and provide reliable responses based on available data. Some tasks will involve improving existing AI workflows, evaluating responses, and optimizing retrieval accuracy. For the web application, we need Full Stack Developer experience to build and improve interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js. This includes user dashboards, account management, reporting, real-time updates, and connecting frontend components with our Python backend. We also have several Automation projects involving data collection, Web Scraping, browser automation, and workflow integrations. These tasks may involve Playwright, Selenium, Scrapy, Python scripts, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and third-party services. Another part of the work involves Data Science, data processing, ETL pipelines, SQL queries, data cleaning, and transforming information from different sources into usable datasets. We expect engineers to write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot issues independently, and help improve the overall reliability of the platform. Current Technology Stack Our main backend technologies include Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, PostgreSQL, SQL, Redis, and REST APIs. We use JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js for Web Development and frontend applications. Some of our integrations and existing services also involve Java, so experience working across different backend environments would be useful. For AI Development, we're working with OpenAI API, Claude API, LLM Integration, AI agents, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and conversational AI. Our infrastructure is primarily hosted on Amazon Web Services, using Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment. We're also interested in engineers with DevOps experience who can help improve infrastructure, monitoring, automated testing, and production reliability. Experience with AWS Lambda, Supabase, Celery, Kubernetes, Terraform, n8n, MCP, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure would be helpful, depending on the project. Not every technology is used in every service, and we're open to recommendations where a different approach would be more practical. What We're Looking For We're looking for developers who have experience building real applications and understand what it takes to support them beyond the initial prototype. You should have strong hands-on experience in at least one of the main areas: Python development, Backend Development, Full Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or DevOps. For backend-focused work, we value experience with API Development, API Integration, PostgreSQL, SQL, database architecture, authentication, asynchronous processing, and scalable applications. For AI-focused work, we're especially interested in developers who have built AI-powered applications, integrated Large Language Models into existing systems, developed RAG pipelines, or worked with AI agents and intelligent Automation. For full-stack work, experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, modern web applications, and connecting frontend interfaces to backend services is important. You should be comfortable working with existing codebases, debugging production issues, implementing new features, writing tests, and improving code quality without unnecessary rewrites. We value engineers who can work independently, communicate clearly, and make practical technical decisions. How We Work We're a small, product-focused team where developers work directly with the people making product decisions. We don't have a large management structure or complicated approval processes. We work in small milestones, discuss technical approaches, and focus on delivering features that can be tested and used by real customers. Some projects involve building new applications from scratch, while others focus on extending existing systems, improving performance, refactoring code, or integrating new AI capabilities. We care about clean architecture, security, automated testing, reliable deployments, and maintainable code, but we also understand the importance of moving quickly and keeping solutions practical. We're interested in long-term collaboration as we continue developing our platform. We can start with a smaller paid task to get familiar with each other's working style before moving into larger projects.
