Senior Full-Stack .NET Core + React Developer for AI-Powered Business Management Platform

We are building an AI-powered business management suite that helps companies automate workflows, improve decision-making, and manage core operations from one platform. The system includes modules for: Project Management Human Resource Management Finance Management CRM / ERP workflows AI-powered analytics and business insights Team collaboration and workflow automation We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer who has strong experience building scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, React/Next.js, SQL databases, and cloud DevOps practices. This role requires someone who can own features end-to-end, from backend architecture and API development to frontend implementation and deployment. Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core / .NET Core Build REST APIs and business logic for enterprise modules Develop modern frontend applications using React / Next.js Design database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and handle complex business workflows Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control Create reusable frontend components and maintain clean architecture Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Work with cloud infrastructure, containers, and production environments Collaborate on AI-powered features such as data analysis, automation, and intelligent recommendations Required Experience: Strong professional experience with C# and .NET Core Experience building enterprise SaaS or ERP/CRM-style applications Advanced knowledge of React.js / Next.js Strong SQL and database optimization skills Experience designing REST APIs and backend architecture Experience with DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment) Understanding of scalable system design and microservice architecture Experience working with AI/ML integrations is a plus Technical Stack: Backend: C# ASP.NET Core / .NET Core Entity Framework Core REST APIs Frontend: React Next.js TypeScript Database: SQL Server / PostgreSQL DevOps: Docker CI/CD pipelines AWS/Azure/GCP deployment Looking for a long-term technical partner who can help us build and scale this platform.
