Senior React Native Developer for Robust Background Media Upload

Description: We are experiencing reliability issues when users upload images and videos from our mobile app. We use Bunny.net edge storage for images and Bunny Stream for videos. We need to stabilize, improve, and extend our current upload process to ensure a highly robust background architecture that persists even if the app is backgrounded, the screen locks, or the network drops temporarily. We are looking for an experienced React Native developer with deep knowledge of native background tasks, file system handling, and resumable upload queues. Project Structure: This is a two-phase project to ensure high quality and protect our IP: Phase 1: Code Audit & Refactoring Concept (Fixed Price). You will review our current upload implementation via an isolated branch. Your task is to identify the weaknesses and provide a technical concept on how to stabilize and extend the existing code into a reliable background queue system (taking into account the specific API flows for Bunny.net and Bunny Stream). Phase 2: Implementation (Budget TBD). Upon agreement on the concept, we will add a second milestone or start an hourly contract to implement the improvements and verify the background upload cleanly.
