Senior ServiceNow Developer/Engineer for SNOW Portal Page & Configure Approval/Routing to CSDM

Hands-on senior ServiceNow developer needed to build a technology-intake MVP from an approved design. The work includes creating a Service Portal front door and catalog forms, routing requests into ITSM and SPM Demand records, maintaining stable customer status with reclassification, setting up governance review tasks with response clocks, configuring CSDM reference data, and enabling native reporting with Power BI/Tableau extracts. This is a configuration-first project on a partner-administered instance, delivered with tests, documentation, and traceability. Strong depth in ITSM, SPM, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM is required.
