Update WHMCS Multibrand Integration

I run WHMCS with ModuleGarden’s Multibrand add-on and rely on SupportPal as my help desk. The SupportPal-WHMCS module normally lets me drop a single Brand ID into the settings and every matching department appears cleanly in the client area...
