WordPress 301 Redirects and Schema Cleanup

I run a commercial cleaning company in Boca Raton, Florida. Our WordPress site has been added to piecemeal over about seven years and it needs a technical cleanup. I know exactly what I want done. I have a written scope of work I will send to whoever I hire. THE SITE WordPress, All In One SEO installed, Google Site Kit connected. Roughly 105 pages and posts. THE PROBLEM Over the years we ended up with several pages targeting the same keyword. Four pages compete over "upholstery cleaning," three over floor care, three over janitorial services. They are splitting each other's rankings. The site also has no structured data on it at all. MILESTONE 1 - Redirect consolidation ($100) - Implement a 301 redirect map I will supply. 8 redirects, destinations already confirmed against Search Console data. - Set two obsolete pages to noindex or delete them. - Update every internal link that points at a redirected URL so it points at the destination directly. - Verify no redirect chains and no loops. Send me the crawl showing it. - Resubmit the sitemap in Search Console. MILESTONE 2 - Schema markup ($100) - LocalBusiness schema sitewide, using the exact NAP I supply. - Service schema on 7 service pages. - FAQPage schema on the pages that already have visible FAQ sections. If AIO SEO native FAQ block handles this properly, tell me and we will do it that way instead. I would rather use something that survives plugin updates than pay for custom markup. - Everything validates in Google Rich Results Test with zero errors. Send me the screenshots. REQUIREMENTS - You take a full backup or work on staging before touching anything. This is not negotiable. - No new plugins installed without asking me first. - You do not change any page copy, headings, titles or URLs beyond what is in the scope document. - Link me two similar jobs you have done. Not a portfolio site, actual live URLs. Core Web Vitals and performance work is deliberately not part of this job. If it goes well I will hire you for that separately.
