100-Player RTS Mobile Game Development

I’m looking for an experienced game developer or development team to build a large-scale global multiplayer strategy game. As a general reference for the type of game I’m looking for, it will be similar in overall concept and world-map presentation to General War (الجنرال | الحرب العالمية), but my project will have its own identity, systems, mechanics, and design. The goal is to create something more advanced, polished, and higher quality than General War, not a copy or reskin. The game will feature persistent multiplayer matches with up to 100 active players per server/map. Each server will have a defined duration, with a maximum match length of one week, and the game systems, progression and timing will be designed around the selected server duration. I already have a clear vision for the project and have started preparing the foundations and specifications. I’m not looking to share the full game design at this stage. Before I send the complete specifications, I mainly need to know: 1. Do you have experience developing large-scale multiplayer strategy games with global/world maps and up to 100 players per server? 2. Are you familiar with General War or similar large-scale strategy games such as Call of War? 3. Most importantly, what would be your rough estimated budget and development timeline for a project of this scale? Please note that I am looking to work strictly on a Fixed-Price basis with Milestones (starting with an MVP/Prototype), rather than hourly rates. Even a broad price range would be very helpful, as the estimated cost is the most important thing I need to establish before sharing the full specifications. I’m looking for a professional, high-quality and scalable game rather than a simple prototype.
