AI Automation Engineer (AI Agents, RAG Pipelines & Workflow Automation)

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to build autonomous AI agents, custom RAG pipelines, and automated business workflows. You will focus on engineering-first solutions that integrate LLMs directly into CRMs, databases, and operational stacks. Key Responsibilities: • Autonomous AI Agents: Design and deploy multi-agent systems using LangGraph or CrewAI for tasks like lead qualification, research, and automated database querying. • RAG Pipelines: Build knowledge bases and custom RAG architectures to allow LLM assistants to query internal documentation accurately. • Workflow Automation: Create end-to-end, multi-app workflows in n8n (Self-Hosted/Cloud) and Make. • CRM & System Integration: Connect AI models and automations with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or custom databases via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2. • Tool Calling & Reliability: Implement structured JSON outputs, custom API bridges, and error-handling to ensure automations run stably at scale. Required Skills & Tech Stack: • AI & Agent Frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Claude API, Voice AI (Vapi / Retell AI). • Automation Platforms: n8n, Make, Zapier. • CRMs & Integrations: GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable. • Backend & Webhooks: REST APIs, Webhooks, Python, JSON, Custom API Connectors. Preferred Qualifications: • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on modular, maintainable, and scalable architecture. • Experience migrating complex, high-cost Zapier workflows to n8n to reduce operational overhead.
