AI-Native MVP Developer / Vibe Coding Enthusiast

We are looking for an independent freelancer to support the ongoing development of an early-stage web application. This is a long-term contract position for an individual developer. Agencies, development studios, and outsourced teams will not be considered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys vibe coding, rapid prototyping, troubleshooting, testing, and shipping functional products with the help of AI coding tools. You will work directly with the founder and designer to build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy an MVP based on clear product and design guidance. Responsibilities - Develop and improve day-to-day application features - Translate designs and requirements into working functionality - Use AI coding tools to scaffold, debug, refactor, and accelerate development - Review, test, and correct AI-generated code Troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and deployment issues - Connect frontend features with APIs, databases, and automated workflows - Build AI-powered internal tools and automations - Test and deploy updates - Maintain organized code and Git-based version control - Provide clear and consistent progress updates This role is well suited to an early-career, self-taught, or highly adaptable developer who: - Is experienced with vibe coding and AI-assisted development - Learns quickly and researches solutions independently - Can confidently read and modify an existing codebase - Understands frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and authentication - Has experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, Supabase, and PostgreSQL - Can troubleshoot and deploy web applications - Is comfortable working independently from direct guidance - Focuses on shipping functional, tested improvements - Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Windsurf, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
