Automated Quiz Flow Creation

I am trying to move a specific file (a quiz) from one site (instructor site) to another site (student site) when a button called Release test one is selected. I have a list on the instructor site called Quizzes with each quiz listed and the option for Release in a column with values true or false... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: API Integration, Automation, JavaScript, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Workflow Automation)
