*Automation Engineer (Make + Claude/LLM API) — Ongoing*

We're an environmental consulting firm looking for an automation engineer to build and maintain our internal workflow systems. *What you'll do:* •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain Make (Integromat) scenarios connecting Gmail, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp •⁠ ⁠Integrate Claude (Anthropic) or similar LLM APIs into classification and report-generation workflows •⁠ ⁠Take a written spec and build a working, production-ready automation from it •⁠ ⁠Replicate proven automation patterns across new workflows •⁠ ⁠Handle reliability: error handling, auth/token renewal, monitoring *Requirements:* •⁠ ⁠Proven, hands-on experience with Make or n8n — real multi-branch, conditional scenarios, not simple two-step zaps •⁠ ⁠*WhatsApp Business API experience — must have* •⁠ ⁠Experience integrating REST APIs, ideally including an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Node.js or Python when no-code isn't enough •⁠ ⁠Experience with the ClickUp API and/or Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) •⁠ ⁠Fluent English *Nice to have:* •⁠ ⁠Chatwoot experience •⁠ ⁠No-code app builder experience (Softr, Bubble, or similar) This is ongoing work, not a one-off project.
