Build a cold email engine inside our AI coaching app (Python, FastAPI, sending platform API)

About us We run a coaching program for education founders: EdTech CEOs, consultants, and coaches who sell to schools and districts. Our AI coach, Coach Ed, already runs each member's LinkedIn outreach end to end: it builds their list, writes and launches the campaign, and brings every reply back into the app, where it drafts the answer. Email is the second engine, and we want it built the same way. What you will build A sending setup per member, owned by the member. Domains, mailboxes, and warm-up for each member, in the member's name. When a member leaves, they keep theirs. Coach Ed controls it through an API. From inside the app, Coach Ed creates a member's sending setup, loads a list, launches a sequence, and pauses it. No person in the loop for the everyday steps. Replies come back into Coach Ed. Every reply lands in the member's inbox inside the app through a webhook, tied to the right contact, so Coach Ed can draft the answer. Deliverability for education buyers. Our members email superintendents, principals, and district directors behind Google and Microsoft filters. Sensible sending limits, warm-up, and bounce and spam-complaint handling are part of the job. A short handover. A one-page runbook our team can follow to add the next member, and a recorded walkthrough. Our stack Python 3, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, hosted on Fly.io. You will work in a branch of our repository; we review and deploy. What we are looking for You have built multi-client cold email infrastructure before, through a sending platform's API (for example Smartlead or Instantly), not only by clicking through a dashboard. You can show deliverability results: inbox placement or reply rates from a real campaign. Python and webhooks are comfortable for you. Clear written English. Work from anywhere.
