 I need help creating a reliable, long-term system using Claude (Anthropic) to analyze a large personal iMessage conversation history. The goal is to extract and organize what the other person said about themselves, key details, patterns, and important context so I can query it repeatedly over time without losing continuity or starting from scratch. This is sensitive personal data. An NDA will be required before sharing any actual message content. What I Need Core Requirements • Clean and structure an iMessage export (txt/html or similar) so it works well with Claude • Set up a well-organized Claude Project with strong custom instructions • Create reusable prompt templates for extraction (facts she stated, timelines, themes, communication patterns, etc.) • Make the system accumulate knowledge over multiple sessions (so insights build instead of resetting) • Document everything clearly so I can maintain and expand it myself Scope Options (choose one or propose a combination) Option A – Basic Setup (Recommended starting point) • Clean the chat export • Create and configure a Claude Project • Write strong custom instructions + 4–6 high-quality reusable prompts • Deliver a short guide on how to use and maintain it
