Connect Stripe, e-signature, QR & admin panel to a ready-made platform and publish it

ABOUT THE PROJECT We sell a service to hotels. Each hotel places a QR code in its rooms: when guests scan it, a private mobile boutique opens, showing the best local tours, branded with that hotel's name. The tours are provided by local tour companies, which we call tour operators. The whole platform is already designed and built as front-end code, every page and animation included. What is missing is the engine behind it. Your job is to connect the real functions and publish it. WHAT YOU RECEIVE The full front-end code (generated with Claude), in two parts: - The partner site (desktop): where hotels and tour operators apply, sign and access their dashboards. - The guest boutique (mobile): the page guests see after scanning the QR. Today the code sits in one large file, so the first step is to split it into a clean, maintainable project. You will also get all original photos and videos, plus a video walkthrough of every page. WHAT YOU BUILD 1. Hotel journey A hotel creates an account (email login), fills in its application (progress is saved), signs the contract online with a simple, legally valid e-signature (we want the cheapest reliable option), and pays a one-time fee through Stripe Checkout. Bank transfer is also accepted and confirmed manually by us. Once payment is confirmed, the hotel's private dashboard unlocks. 2. Guest boutique and unique QR code The boutique already exists. You integrate it and make it customizable on two levels: - Per city: from the admin panel we duplicate an existing city boutique and edit its content (categories, tours, photos, texts). Structure and design stay the same. - Per hotel: inside a city, each hotel has its own version, where we set its name, logo, colors, font, main photo and title. When a hotel's payment is confirmed, the system generates a unique, permanent, downloadable QR code. Scanning it opens that hotel's version of the boutique of the city it chose. The boutique is never public: it opens only through a valid hotel QR code, never through search engines or a guessed address. 3. Tour operator journey A tour operator applies. We approve or reject from the admin panel. If approved, they receive an email with a personal link, sign the contract and access their dashboard. Tour operators pay nothing. 4. Admin panel A simple back office where we approve tour operators, confirm bank transfers, create and edit cities, and set up each hotel's version, all without a developer. 5. Languages The partner site opens automatically in the visitor's browser language, with a manual language switcher. We supply all translations. Each city boutique has one fixed language. OUT OF SCOPE No tour sales, guest payments, commissions or tour operator calendars. In this phase the guest boutique is display only. WHEN THE JOB IS DONE The platform is live and works smoothly on desktop and mobile (iPhone and Android, Chrome, Safari, Firefox): no lag, no crashes, no broken layouts at any screen size, and it looks identical to the current design. All code, hosting, database, Stripe and domain accounts are in our name, and you leave us a short handover document. BUDGET AND PAYMENT $3,000 fixed price, paid in four milestones, each released after our testing: 1. Clean project structure on a test link, identical to the design ($600) 2. Hotel journey with signature and payment ($900) 3. Tour operator journey, guest boutique, QR and admin panel ($900) 4. Languages, final testing and launch ($600) Important: in its current form the code is slow, lags and breaks when interacting, because everything is in one oversized file with broken media links.
