Database Mock-Up for Live Demo

I need a contractor to create a simple mock-up for a 10-15 minute live demonstration of a new web-based registry for a nonprofit. The mock-up should show how different tables are connected and include preset examples of functionality. It does not need to be fully functional, but should clearly communicate the structure and relationships. Please share relevant experience with similar projects and your availability for a short turnaround.
