Elementor to Custom Theme Migration: Rebuild 3 WooCommerce Sites

We are looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to help us rebuild our web presence. We currently have 3 separate websites (similar product lines but different branding/design). They are currently built using Elementor Pro, which has become bloated, slow, and difficult to maintain. We want to move away from Elementor entirely. We need a developer who can rebuild these sites using lightweight, custom-coded solutions (e.g., custom Gutenberg blocks, ACF Flexible Content, or a minimal starter theme like Sage/Underscores) to ensure they are fast, secure, and scalable. The Scope Total Sites: 3 Current Setup: WordPress + WooCommerce + Elementor Pro (being phased out). Core Functionality: E-commerce (products, variations, checkout), custom product filters, and a membership/account area. The Goal: A pixel-perfect rebuild that replicates the current design (or improves it) but with 100% custom code or a lightweight builder alternative. Must-Have Requirements No Elementor: We do not want any page builder shortcodes left in the database. We need a clean rebuild. WooCommerce Expertise: Deep understanding of WooCommerce hooks, functions, and template overrides. Performance: Must achieve a minimum Google PageSpeed score of 90+ (Mobile) and 95+ (Desktop) on the new build. Responsive: Flawless mobile and tablet design. Custom Fields: Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) for dynamic content management. The Process (How we see this working) Phase 1: Audit of the existing 3 sites to identify similarities. We will choose 1 site to rebuild first (the "master" template). Phase 2: Development of the master site on a staging server. Phase 3: Migration of the other 2 sites to the new framework (with design adjustments for color/font differences). Phase 4: Testing and Go-Live. Who you are You understand the difference between "it looks the same" and "it runs beautifully." You have experience migrating sites without breaking data (orders, products, users).
