Entry-Level Bookkeeper with QuickBooks – Long-Term Project

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Entry-Level Bookkeeper** to support our growing **arts business** on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate has basic bookkeeping experience and is comfortable working with **QuickBooks Online**. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsible, willing to learn, and interested in developing a long-term working relationship. ### Responsibilities * Enter and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks. * Maintain accurate and organized bookkeeping records. * Reconcile bank and credit card transactions. * Enter invoices, bills, expenses, and payments. * Assist with customer invoicing and payment tracking. * Record sales and business expenses. * Organize receipts and financial documents. * Assist with monthly bookkeeping and basic financial reports. * Help identify and correct discrepancies in financial records. * Work with the business owner or accountant as needed. * Maintain confidentiality of all financial information. ### Requirements * Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience. * Experience with **QuickBooks Online**. * Good computer and data-entry skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Organized and dependable. * Comfortable working with numbers and financial information. * Good communication skills. * Willingness to learn and take direction. ### Preferred Experience with an **arts business, gallery, artist, creative business, interior design business, or small business** is a plus but not required.
