Experienced Precast Concrete Specialist Needed

I am a mechanical designer working on my own idea with a special floor made by custom precast concrete. I would like to have some expert on precast custom construction parts to test ideas with. I also would need to design the rebars, calculate load-carrying capacity, etc etc... (Budget: $2 - $8 USD, Jobs: Building Design, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, Precast Designer, Structural Engineering)
