Front end WordPress site design update

I have a site that is built on WordPress - www.alarmion.com, hosted on Cloudways, using WooCommerce with Stripe for payments. The back end is done. What's missing is a front end that actually looks good. The current front end needs to be redone. This isn't a small patch job, it's a real rebuild. I like the feel of this reference site: https://alarmion-pitch.vercel.app (We cannot copy this exact reference as it is JUST for reference). It uses a scrolling hero section, full screen scenes that fade into each other as you scroll, a nav bar that stays pinned at the top, and a clean dark navy look. After that it has normal sections: pricing, how it works, coverage area, FAQ, footer. To be clear, the final site does not need to look identical to that reference. It's there to show you the level of polish and style I'm going for, not something to trace exactly. If you have a better idea for how to hit that same feel in WordPress, I want to hear it. One important detail about the product. We already have a shopping cart and payment section built into the back end, using WooCommerce with Stripe for payments.
