Full-Stack Developer (React/Next.js + Node.js): Screen-Recorded Coding Tasks, Ongoing

We're looking for a full-stack developer to complete coding tasks while recording their screen and explaining their work out loud in English. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Complete development tasks (frontend, backend or full-stack) - Record your screen on macOS while working, talking through your reasoning in English - Submit the recording and the code REQUIREMENTS - MacBook running macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later - required - Strong React and Next.js - Node.js + Express - SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - Clear, fluent, natural-sounding spoken English (you'll be talking throughout every recording) - Quiet environment and a decent microphone TERMS - $5/hour - Starts with paid onboarding (~3-4 hours) - Long-term: developers who deliver good work get more tasks HOW TO APPLY (proposals without these will not be reviewed) 1.
