Full-Stack Developer: Website, API Integrations and Mobile Web App

Overview We’re launching a motorized beach-gear rental business on Florida’s Gulf Coast, with rentals starting in early 2027. We need a developer to take our designed website live, connect it to our booking and messaging tools, and deliver two mobile web apps (PWAs): a customer app and a staff app. Desired results Website: Our six designed pages (home, reserve, how to use, compare, rules, FAQ) are live on Cloudflare, with SSL, security headers and basic SEO. Booking: Customers reserve and pay through Booqable’s embedded checkout. Card data never touches our servers. Customer signup: A form adds contacts to Brevo with consent and double opt-in, then sends a welcome email with a discount code. Automation: A confirmed booking creates the delivery and pickup stops in OptimoRoute and sends confirmations by email and SMS, with retries, duplicate protection and failure alerts. Customer app (PWA): Reservation details, the required safety videos with completion tracking, delivery updates and a text-to-service button. It also works in a browser, so nothing is forced on renters. Staff app (PWA): A driver view with only their own stops, a daily route list, delivery and pickup checklists, battery and condition logs, and photo confirmations. An ops view shows everything. It must work on weak beach signal. Required skills TypeScript/JavaScript, with Astro and Tailwind Serverless webhooks on Cloudflare Workers or Supabase Edge Functions Supabase/Postgres with auth and row-level security PWA experience: install flow, camera upload, offline queue and sync REST API integrations, with idempotency and retry handling Clean Git and CI/CD habits Experience with Booqable, OptimoRoute or Brevo is a plus. Where we are now The six pages are designed as responsive HTML/Tailwind mockups. An Astro project is scaffolded on GitHub and deployed on Cloudflare. Copy, rules and legal text are drafted. Wireframes for the apps are not done yet. We’ll provide them. Photos and videos are still being produced. Launch waits for them. Timeline Target is 2 weeks. The website and integrations are due around the end of week 1, and both apps are due at the end of week 2. This is aggressive. All work is work-for-hire, and we own the code, accounts and credentials. Optional ongoing support of 5–10 hours a month.
