Card Builder & Templates 8 Core Card Types: Support Stamps, Cashback/Points, Tiers (Silver/Gold), Classic Discount Cards, Single-use Coupons, Memberships/Subscriptions, Multipass, and Gift Cards. Visual Editor: Dynamic card customizer to update colors, logos, icons, fields, and promotion rules. Dynamic Updates: Ability to change card descriptions, website/social links, phone numbers, and map locations on the fly without reissuing the card. 2. Customer Issuance & CRM Registration Landing Pages: Auto-generated mobile forms for customer sign-up (collecting name, phone number, birth date, etc.). Duplicate Protection: Auto-checks phone numbers or emails against the database to prevent duplicate sign-ups. Native Wallet Delivery: One-click "Add to Apple Wallet" (.pkpass) and "Add to Google Wallet" buttons. CRM Dashboard: Central view of all customer records, installed card statuses, stamp counts, and activity logs. 3. Cashier Scanner App (PWA) Web-Based Scanner: Mobile/browser scanner for store staff to read customer card QR codes via phone camera. Quick Actions: One-tap controls to +1 Stamp, Add/Redeem Points, or Validate Coupon. Multi-User Access: Manage cashier/manager roles with separate login credentials for staff. 4. Automation & Push Engine Manual & Auto Push Notifications: Broadcast lock-screen messages directly to customer devices. Geo-Fencing: Send lock-screen alerts when a customer is within 100 meters of up to 10 store locations. Birthday Triggers: Automated birthday wishes and special promotional offers. Referral & Feedback System: Embedded referral links for bonus points and auto-reminders directing happy customers to Google Reviews/Trustpilot. 5. Integrations & Utility PDF Marketing Generator: Auto-generates printable table-top posters with store QR codes for fast customer onboarding. Third-Party Messaging: Webhook and API support to connect external services like Mailgun, Twilio (SMS), or Telegram bots.
