GTM Engineer (Clay + HubSpot) — build outbound signal systems for staffing agencies | long-term, EU

I spent 8 years building staffing agencies, recently exited, and am now building a consultancy that installs AI-powered, signal-based sales systems inside staffing & recruitment agencies across the EU. The roadmap and tool stack are decided, the first deployment environment (a live agency) is ready, and sales start in ~2 months. I need the person who builds and runs these systems with me. THE STACK (no-code): Clay (tables, waterfall enrichment, Claygent, webhooks, HTTP API), HubSpot (workflows, sequences, CRM sync), job-posting intelligence (Mantiks or similar), public registry & procurement data feeds, cold-email infrastructure (Smartlead/Instantly-class). PHASE 1 — now, hourly (~30–60 hrs over 2 months): Pressure-test my implementation roadmap with me (sequencing, hours per module, credit/cost estimates) and build the demo system end-to-end in the live agency environment. This becomes the template. PHASE 2 — ongoing, fixed monthly retainer per client: Become the implementation partner. You receive a recorded client kickoff + the playbook; you build, run, and document each client system in ≤40 hrs/month, to a standard where a new person could take over from your documentation alone. Multiple clients as we scale. For the right person this grows into a senior partner role in the business. REQUIREMENTS - Proven hands-on Clay work: waterfalls, Claygent prompts, webhooks, CRM integrations (2+ yrs or equivalent portfolio) - HubSpot workflows and sequences in production - Cold-email deliverability basics: domains, warmup, inbox rotation - Documentation discipline — SOPs will be scored equally with build quality - Based in the EU/EEA or UK (client CRM data must stay under GDPR-equivalent protection — non-negotiable), European timezone, fluent English - Comfortable working async from recorded meetings NICE TO HAVE: job-posting data tools (Mantiks, Jobfeed), Apify/Browse AI, registry APIs (Companies House, KVK, CVR), staffing/recruitment industry exposure, NL/DE/DA language.
