iOS Developer for Apple Subscription Fix

iOS Developer Needed to Fix Apple Auto-Renewable Subscription / Free Trial Issue We have an existing mobile app called Nurchr that is already live on the Apple App Store. We are looking for an experienced iOS developer with strong Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase (IAP) and auto-renewable subscription experience to diagnose and fix an issue with our current subscription system. How the subscription should work: Nurchr offers: * 7-day free trial * After the trial, users are automatically charged $4.99/month through Apple * The subscription should automatically renew each month unless the user cancels through Apple Current problem: Apple users are successfully downloading the app and starting their 7-day free trial. Apple appears to be setting up/pre-authorizing the subscription correctly when they begin the trial. However, when the 7-day trial ends, users are not being charged the $4.99 monthly subscription. Instead, their access to Nurchr simply stops on our end. We need someone who can investigate the existing Apple subscription implementation and determine exactly why the trial is not converting into a paid, auto-renewing subscription. What we need: We need a developer who can: * Review our existing iOS subscription/IAP implementation * Review the subscription configuration in App Store Connect * Diagnose why free trials are not converting to paid subscriptions * Fix the Apple StoreKit / subscription implementation as necessary * Check how our backend is validating and tracking Apple subscription status * Ensure users retain access when their subscription successfully converts * Ensure users lose access appropriately if they cancel or payment fails * Test the entire flow in Apple’s Sandbox/TestFlight environment * Confirm the subscription works correctly before completion This is an existing app and existing subscription system. We are looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix the issue — not build an entirely new app. Required experience: Please only apply if you have direct experience with: * Apple StoreKit / StoreKit 2 * App Store Connect subscriptions * Auto-renewable subscriptions * Free trial / introductory offer configuration * App Store Server Notifications and/or receipt/transaction validation * Debugging subscription entitlement issues * iOS subscription testing through Sandbox/TestFlight When applying, please briefly explain your experience fixing Apple subscription/free-trial conversion issues and how you would approach diagnosing this problem.
