Looking For Trading Automation Expert To Build MNQ Fair Value Algo

Hello, I'm looking for someone to automate my trading strategy. It focuses on trading MNQ. The strategy is quite simple. Fair price is established on opening candle. We let the market move away, up or down, then take trades back TOWARDS fair price. To know when to enter the trade, we look for a break of structure. Take a 25/37 stop loss to points or 1.5 RR.
