Mid Level Full Stack Developer (PHP / Java / JavaScript) ​Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications and API integrations. In this role, you will take part on end-to-end software development projects- from conceptual architectural design to deployment—delivering tailored digital solutions that optimize operational efficiency and business workflows. ​Key Responsibilities ​Architect, build, and deploy scalable front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems using JavaScript, PHP, Java (Spring Framework), and WordPress. ​Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and database queries to ensure seamless data integration and high system performance. ​Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving projects independently from initial client concept to final delivery. ​Conduct database management and data/query analysis to identify operational risks, optimize backend performance, and recommend strategic improvements. ​Administer and configure deployment environments in Linux (GNU/Linux), ensuring application stability, security, and uptime. ​Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate complex requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code. ​Qualifications & Requirements ​Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related technical field. ​Backend Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot), PHP, and database querying/analysis. ​Frontend Expertise: Core proficiency in JavaScript, modern UI practices, and custom WordPress integration/development. ​System Administration: Strong background in GNU Linux environment configuration, troubleshooting, and system management. ​Analytical Skills: Solid background in database risk analysis, performance optimization, and problem-solving. ​Languages: Advanced English and Native Spanish proficiency (written and spoken). ​Soft Skills: High creative capacity, self-motivated, strong independent project management skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
