Mobile App Developer (Flutter) + Web Admin Dashboard for Live Support

We are looking for an experienced cross-platform mobile app developer (Flutter or React Native) to build a custom Android application along with a web-based admin dashboard. The app requires user authentication, clean web views for external gaming platforms, a transaction request system with payment screenshot uploads for load and cashout, and a real-time in-app live chat system. The web admin dashboard must allow 3 to 4 support agents to simultaneously log in, handle incoming customer chats, and process user requests. Please submit your proposal with a clear cost estimate, time breakdown, and examples of similar past projects featuring live chat systems or admin panels.
