n8n + AI Automation Expert for CRM Workflows

We're looking for an automation engineer who lives in n8n and can wire AI into real business workflows — not demos. You'll build and maintain workflows that connect our CRM, email, and internal tools so that lead handling, follow-ups, and reporting run without anyone touching them. Scope of work Build n8n workflows connecting our CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel/Airtable — flexible) to email, calendar, and Slack Lead capture → enrichment → CRM record creation → assignment → automated follow-up sequences LLM steps inside workflows: classify inbound messages, extract structured data from emails and forms, draft replies for human review Handle the unglamorous parts: error branches, retries, deduplication, rate limits, logging Custom HTTP/API nodes where a native integration doesn't exist, plus light JS in Function nodes Document each workflow so someone else can maintain it You should have Real n8n production experience (self-hosted a plus) — not just tutorial builds Hands-on work with at least one major CRM's API and webhook model Comfort with REST APIs, auth flows, JSON, and webhook debugging Practical experience calling LLM APIs inside automations, including prompt design and output parsing A habit of building for failure cases, not just the happy path Nice to have Make.com or Zapier migration experience Vector DB / RAG setups Voice or SMS automation (Twilio, Vapi, Retell)
