Odoo Developer Needed – Construction / Contracting ERP Experience

We are looking for an experienced **Odoo Developer** who has strong hands-on experience with **Construction / Contracting ERP solutions**. The ideal candidate should have previously worked on an Odoo implementation or custom development project related to **construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, engineering companies, or project-based businesses**. ### Key Requirements: * Strong experience in **Odoo development and customization**. * Previous experience with **Construction / Contracting / Project Management** solutions. * Experience developing or customizing modules related to: * Construction Projects & Project Management * Contracts & Subcontracts * BOQ (Bill of Quantities) * Project Budget & Cost Control * Project Costing * Cost Centers & Analytic Accounting * Materials & Material Requests * Purchase & Subcontracting * Site Operations & Daily Reports * Labor & Manpower Management * Equipment & Machinery Management * Progress / Work Completion * Work Orders & Site Activities * Project Expenses * Retention & Advance Payments * Variation Orders / Change Orders * Customer Invoicing Based on Work Progress * Supplier / Subcontractor Invoicing * Project Profitability & Cost Analysis * Project Dashboards & Management Reports * Ability to understand construction business processes and translate them into Odoo technical solutions. * Experience with **Python, XML, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and OWL/JavaScript**. * Experience integrating custom construction solutions with Odoo standard modules such as **Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Projects, HR, and Maintenance** is a plus. ### Important: We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate **previous work or projects related to Construction / Contracting in Odoo**.
