Part-Time Insurance Sales & Quoting Virtual Assistant (P&C Experience Required) Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant Industry: Property & Casualty Insurance Work Setup: Remote About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Virtual Assistant with a confident phone presence and experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines insurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, lead generation, and helping insurance agencies grow their book of business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospects, quoting insurance policies, following up on leads, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and assisting with renewals and win-back campaigns. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and text message campaigns to prospective clients. Perform lead generation and prospecting using provided renewal lists and commercial lead lists. Quote Personal and Commercial Lines insurance. Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Contact existing clients to identify cross-sell opportunities. Reach out to previous customers for win-back opportunities. Market Workers' Compensation insurance, with a primary focus on Nevada. Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs. Work closely with the agency owner to support sales and business development initiatives. Personal Lines Carriers Experience with one or more of the following carriers is preferred: Progressive Travelers Advantage Auto Mercury Safeco Kemper National General (NatGen) Liberty Mutual Commercial Lines Carriers Experience with any of the following is a plus: Hanover AMTrust Travelers Chubb Assurant PIE Insurance Qualifications Previous experience working for a U.S. Property & Casualty insurance agency. Experience quoting both Personal and Commercial Lines. Strong outbound sales, prospecting, and lead generation skills. Excellent phone communication and customer service skills. Confident speaking with prospects and overcoming objections. Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance agency workflows. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Experience Experience with cross-selling insurance products. Experience conducting renewal review campaigns. Experience with Workers' Compensation insurance is a plus. Knowledge of Arizona and Nevada insurance markets is preferred. What Success Looks Like Consistently generating qualified appointments and opportunities. Increasing policy quotes and conversions. Identifying cross-sell and win-back opportunities within the existing book of business. Supporting agency growth through proactive outbound sales efforts.
