Python web scraper for public legal notices website, daily automated data pull

I need a Python script built that automatically visits Georgia Public Notice dot com and pulls new tax sale, foreclosure, and probate notices. The script should be able to filter results by county, since I only need data from around fourteen to nineteen specific Georgia counties, and by notice type, focusing on tax sales, foreclosures, and probate notices. For each notice found, please extract the property address, county name, notice type, and the date it was posted. The output should be saved as a CSV file or pushed directly into a Google Sheet, whichever is easier for you to build reliably. The script needs to run automatically once a day without me manually triggering it. I will provide access to a small Digital Ocean server where this should be deployed to run continuously. Please note that legal notice websites sometimes change their page layout, so I may need occasional maintenance help after the initial build if the scraper breaks. Please include in your proposal your experience with Python web scraping, any experience with Beautiful Soup or Selenium, and your estimated timeline and price for the initial build.
