React + Django Full-Stack Developer Needed for RAG Application Task

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong React and Django expertise to help us with the next development task in our existing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) application. The application is already built and the previous development phase has been completed. We now have a new set of improvements/features that need to be implemented in the existing codebase. This is a small, well-defined task expected to take approximately 10–12 hours. What You’ll Be Working On The selected developer will work on the existing React + Django application and may be responsible for: - Implementing the required new functionality - Making updates to the React frontend - Modifying/extending Django APIs and backend logic - Integrating frontend and backend changes - Fixing any related bugs or edge cases - Improving existing functionality where required - Testing the changes and ensuring everything works correctly - Maintaining clean, readable, and production-quality code The exact requirements and existing codebase will be shared with the selected developer. Requirements We are looking for someone with: - Strong hands-on experience with React.js - Strong experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework - Good understanding of frontend/backend integration - Experience working with existing codebases - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Good Git/GitHub knowledge - Ability to understand requirements quickly and work independently Nice to Have - Experience with RAG / LLM applications - OpenAI or other LLM API integrations - LangChain / LangGraph - Vector databases - PostgreSQL - Redis / caching - Celery / asynchronous tasks - AWS / Docker / production deployments Budget & Engagement The task is expected to require approximately 10–12 hours of work. We are primarily looking for an hourly engagement, but we are also open to a reasonable fixed-price proposal if you prefer working on a fixed budget.
