School Management System Developer We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to design and build a modern, secure, scalable School Management System for managing the day-to-day operations of a school. The system should provide a centralized platform for administrators, teachers, students, parents, and other authorized staff to manage academic, administrative, financial, and communication activities. Project Scope The School Management System should include, at minimum: User & Role Management — Admin, school management, teachers, students, parents, accountants, and other configurable roles. Student Management — Student registration, profiles, admissions, transfers, class allocation, documents, and student records. Teacher & Staff Management — Staff profiles, departments, subjects, assignments, attendance, and workload management. Classes & Academics — Classes, streams, subjects, academic years, terms, timetables, and subject allocation. Attendance Management — Student and staff attendance with daily records, reports, and summaries. Examinations & Results — Exams, grading systems, marks entry, report cards, transcripts, and performance analysis. Fees & Finance — Fee structures, invoices, payments, balances, receipts, financial reports, and configurable payment methods. Parent/Student Portal — Access to attendance, academic results, fee information, announcements, and other relevant information. Communication — School announcements, notifications, messages, and optional SMS/email integration. Reports & Analytics — Administrative dashboards and downloadable/printable reports. Document Management — Ability to securely manage relevant student and school documents. Audit & Security — Role-based access control, secure authentication, activity logs, data validation, backups, and appropriate security measures. Technical Expectations The developer should be able to: Design a clean and intuitive responsive user interface. Build a reliable backend and well-structured database. Implement secure authentication and role-based permissions. Develop RESTful APIs or an appropriate modern API architecture. Ensure the application works well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Write maintainable, documented, and well-organized code. Implement proper database relationships, validation, error handling, and security. Provide automated or well-defined testing for critical functionality. Deploy the system to a production environment and provide deployment documentation.
