Senior AI Full-Stack Developer — LLM & RAG

We’re looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Developer to build and integrate an AI-powered Health system for processing and analyzing medical test/laboratory reports. The developer should have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR, Vector Databases, and full-stack application development. Tech Stack LLM / Generative AI RAG & Embeddings Vector Database OCR / Document Processing Python & FastAPI Node.js React.js PostgreSQL REST APIs CI/CD & Deployment Responsibilities Build an end-to-end LLM + RAG pipeline for medical documents. Implement OCR and document processing for uploaded reports. Develop APIs using FastAPI and Node.js. Integrate the AI system with a React.js frontend. Implement embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and context-aware LLM responses. Store structured data in PostgreSQL and integrate the Vector DB. Test and optimize the complete workflow from document upload → OCR → RAG → LLM response. Fix bugs, improve response quality, and prepare the system for deployment. Ideal Candidate Proven experience building LLM/RAG applications. Strong Python/FastAPI, Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL skills. Experience with OCR, embeddings, Vector DBs, and AI APIs. Able to independently develop, test, and deliver production-ready AI features.
