Senior AI Product Architect / Full-Stack AI Developer – AI-Powered PMO Platform

We have already developed detailed PMO processes, workflows, requirements and project lifecycle documentation. We are looking for an experienced developer/product architect to turn this into a proprietary AI-powered project management platform. What we need We need someone who can: - Convert our PMO documentation into a technical/product architecture. - Design the database, workflows, permissions and business rules. - Build the MVP using Lovable + Supabase/PostgreSQL + GitHub + OpenAI, or recommend a better stack. - Build the project lifecycle, tasks, milestones, documents, approvals, dashboards and reporting. - Develop the foundation for AI-driven project intelligence, risk identification and document analysis. - Work directly with our team and iterate using real projects. Ideal candidate: - Senior full-stack/SaaS architect. - Strong React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL/Supabase and API experience. - Experienced with AI/LLM applications and AI coding platforms. - Able to translate complex business processes into software — not just build websites or simple apps. Engagement: We want to start with a paid architecture/discovery phase, then move into the MVP build and ongoing development. Important — Ownership: All source code, database structures, architecture, documentation, prompts, AI workflows, designs, data and intellectual property created as part of this engagement must be owned by us. The project must be developed within our GitHub/Supabase accounts rather than being dependent on the developer’s personal accounts. All code must be committed to our GitHub repository, not the developer’s. We want to build a long-term asset, not rent software development.
