Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for Multi-Tenant Fleet Management SaaS with GPS Integration We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small development team to build a custom fleet management platform for trucking companies. This is NOT a simple GPS tracking app. The software will be a multi-company SaaS platform where our company manages multiple fleet companies from one master administrator account. Each fleet company will have its own secure login and completely separate data. Our first market is Haiti, where most fleets use older fully mechanical diesel trucks. The software must work with physical GPS tracking devices and must not depend on OBD-II or CAN Bus. MVP Features The first version should include: * Master Administrator Dashboard * Multi-company (multi-tenant) architecture * Separate login for every fleet company * Fleet company management * Ability to activate, suspend, and reactivate fleet companies * Ability to enable and disable software modules for each fleet * Dashboard * Truck Management * GPS Tracking * Dispatch Management * Fuel Management * Repairs * Maintenance * Reports (PDF & Excel) * Role-based permissions * Demo mode with sample data * Android & iOS mobile app for office staff * Modern web dashboard GPS Requirements The software must integrate with physical GPS tracking devices. Required features: * Live vehicle tracking * Route history * Geofencing * Speed alerts * Ignition ON/OFF * Engine hour calculation using ignition wire * GPS power disconnect alerts * GPS offline alerts We will provide the GPS manufacturer documentation, API, communication protocol, and sample devices.
