Senior Full-Stack Python/Flask + React Engineer – Production Stabilization

I’m looking for a senior full-stack engineer to stabilize and improve an existing production web app built with Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, and GitHub/Render. The work includes reviewing the current system, debugging priority production issues, improving deployment reliability, and preserving working functionality rather than rebuilding it. You should be comfortable with production debugging, database migrations, authentication and security, and CI/CD workflows. The goal is to strengthen the app’s stability, performance, and maintainability while keeping existing features intact.
