Senior React/TypeScript + Supabase Developer for AI SaaS MVP

I'm building a B2B SaaS platform for construction compliance. The product helps construction companies manage project-specific compliance requirements for subcontractors, process compliance documents with AI, determine compliance using deterministic rules, and generate actions when evidence is missing, expired or doesn't meet requirements. The application is already substantially built. Current stack: - Lovable - React - TypeScript - Supabase - PostgreSQL - Supabase Auth - Supabase Storage - RLS - Server-side AI document extraction - Deterministic compliance rules engine Current architecture includes: Company → Projects → Project Requirements → Project Subcontractors → Documents → AI Extraction → Compliance Rules → Compliance Actions → Audit Events The application already has: - authentication - companies - subcontractors - projects - project-specific requirements - document uploads - AI document extraction - compliance rules - document type validation - coverage/expiry checking - human review handling - compliance actions - audit events - Supabase RLS I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me continue developing the existing application rather than rebuilding it. IMPORTANT: I am specifically looking for someone experienced with: - React - TypeScript - Supabase - PostgreSQL - Supabase RLS - SaaS architecture - AI/API integrations - document processing - database migrations - multi-tenant applications Experience with construction, compliance, contractor management or B2B SaaS is highly desirable. The first paid task will be to review the existing application, identify and fix a project requirements/subcontractor duplication issue, and add appropriate regression tests. If that goes well, there will be ongoing work developing the compliance workflow, including document requests, subcontractor communication, automated chasing, audit trails and future integrations.
