Independent developers only. Please read this part first. I am hiring one person. Not a team, not an agency, not a dev shop, not a staffing firm, not a small studio of five. One person who writes the code themselves. If you are applying on behalf of a company, or if your application uses the word "we," I will close it without reading further. This is not a comment on the quality of agencies. It is that this project needs one person who holds the whole thing in their head, and I have hired the other way before. You will be the only person who touches this codebase. If you would subcontract any part of it, this is not the right fit. What you would be building A multi tenant web application that client companies log into and operate themselves. The users are non technical, so the interface has to be genuinely usable, not just functional. The main pieces: Client accounts with role based access and permissions Dashboards that present structured data clearly, with reporting and export Deep integration with large language model APIs, primarily Anthropic Claude, including prompt orchestration, streaming, retries, error handling, and cost control Scheduled background jobs and workflow automation Integrations with third party APIs such as CRM, email, and analytics platforms Authentication, audit logging, and eventually billing Stack is open to discussion. I care more about how you think than which framework you prefer. If you have a strong opinion about the right stack for this, I want to hear it. What I am looking for You have shipped something like this before and it is running in production with real users on it. Not a tutorial project, not a portfolio piece, not something a client paid for that you cannot show. You have worked with LLM APIs seriously, past the demo stage. You know what happens when a prompt returns something malformed at two in the morning, and you have opinions about how to handle it. You can talk to a non technical person about technical tradeoffs without being condescending or vague. You work independently and you are comfortable owning decisions rather than waiting to be told. How to apply Send a recorded video walkthrough, five to eight minutes. An unlisted link is fine. In it: 1. Show the thing running. The actual working product, on screen. 2. Show the code behind it. Your code, in your own repository. 3. Talk through one technical decision you made on that project that you now think was wrong, and what you would do differently. Your face and your voice, on camera, screen sharing. No slides, no case study decks, no company overview, no showreel. That third question is the one I care about most. Also include, in writing: A link to your GitHub or equivalent, under your own account, with visible commit history Your availability in hours per week, and your time zone Whether you have worked with LLM APIs in production, and which ones What happens next If the video lands, we do a short call. A mutual NDA gets signed before that call, and nothing specific about the project is discussed until it is. After that, a small trial task, scoped to about a week, so we both find out what working together is actually like before either of us commits to more. A note on the company I am not naming the company in this post. You will find out who this is and what we are building on the call, once an NDA is in place. If that is a dealbreaker for you, no hard feelings.
