WordPress Developer for Modern Family Homes Website

We are building LIVINN, a modern family-home property website launching in Bangkok, with a flexible structure that can expand to other cities in the future. The brand strategy, homepage visual direction and detailed website blueprint are already prepared. We need a WordPress developer to build a clean, modern, fast and easy-to-manage website according to the attached documents. This must not be a generic real-estate template or a US-style IDX/MLS website. CORE REQUIREMENTS • WordPress website built closely to the supplied LIVINN visual mockup • Dynamic content types for Homes, Locations, Areas, Schools and Guides • Structured property fields using ACF, Meta Box or JetEngine/Crocoblock • Our team must be able to add and edit properties without editing code or redesigning page layouts • Property listing and property detail templates • Simple filters: location, area, bedrooms, property type and pet-friendly • Fast, mobile-first and easy to maintain • Direct WhatsApp enquiries with property-specific pre-filled messages • Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow and Meta Pixel • XML sitemap, image sitemap, structured data and crawler access • OAI-SearchBot, Googlebot and Bingbot must not be blocked • All WordPress, hosting, analytics and paid licence accounts must be owned by LIVINN • No nulled plugins, hidden dependencies or compulsory monthly maintenance • Recorded training video and post-launch bug support The target fixed budget is USD 550. A slightly higher quotation may be considered only if the quality, scope and ownership terms clearly justify it. Please answer the following questions: 1.
