WordPress Website for CAD design service

I’m looking for an Australian freelance designer/developer to create a small but visually impactful WordPress website for a specialised CAD design service launching in Australia. This is intended to be a focused first-stage website rather than a fully fledged large-scale site. As the business is only just launching, the initial scope will centre on three core pages, but they need to look highly professional and have a strong visual aesthetic. The budget of approximately AUD $1,500 reflects the smaller scope of the site, not a lack of importance placed on quality. I already have a strong concept for the homepage and a hero image prepared, although I’m open to the designer’s ideas and expertise. Once the business is established and generating revenue, I plan to reinvest in the website and expand it with more content and functionality, ideally with the same designer if we work well together.
