Agentic AI & Automation Engineer

I’m looking for a Senior Agentic AI & Automation Engineer to join an ongoing ERP project. The platform uses Ruby on Rails for the core backend, Python microservices for AI/automation, and React/TypeScript for the frontend. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse existing office and business processes, identify manual/repetitive operations, and build agentic automation that can execute these processes end-to-end. The system should continuously analyse → automate → execute → validate → measure impact → identify failures → improve → re-run, with the goal of converting manual processes into reliable, fully automated workflows. You will also be responsible for ongoing feature development, troubleshooting, optimisation, maintenance, and technical support of the existing platform. Application Questions Describe the most complex agentic automation system you have built. Give one real-world example where you analysed a manual business process and automated it end-to-end. How would you architect an AI system that can analyse a manual process, automate it, execute it, measure the outcome, learn from failures, and continuously improve it? What agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks have you used in production? What is your experience with Ruby on Rails, Python microservices, and React/TypeScript?
