AI Agents Specialist Needed - Nous Research Hermes Expert

I'm looking for an experienced AI engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in AI agents - specifically the Hermes models from Nous Research. This is an ongoing specialist guidance engagement, not a build project. I want someone I can learn from directly and turn to whenever I get stuck. What I need help with: - Understanding Hermes in depth: capabilities, tool/function calling, prompting, and where it fits among agentic models - Designing and building AI agents: tools, memory, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment - Reviewing my setup and code, then showing me better approaches - Ongoing consultation whenever I hit a problem or need a second opinion What I'm looking for in you: - Proven, practical experience building AI agents in real projects - Direct hands-on work with Hermes / Nous Research models - The ability to explain complex ideas clearly, simply, and patiently - Strong written English and reliable availability Monthly engagement and availability: - The fixed budget is $400 for each month of work - The engagement is monthly and is expected to continue for several months, renewed one month at a time - Availability should average around two hours per day across the month, used flexibly when needed - Some days we may need your support, while on other days there may be no work or questions - Regular 1-on-1 sessions as agreed, plus async support over chat for quick questions When you apply, please tell me briefly about the agents you've built and your experience with Hermes.
