AI and automation specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI and Automation Specialist to help us build and improve AI-powered workflows, internal tools, and business automations. The ideal candidate understands how to combine AI models, APIs, automation platforms, and custom code to turn manual processes into reliable automated systems. What you’ll work on: Build AI-powered automations and workflows Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini into business processes Connect APIs, CRMs, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party tools Build AI agents for specific business workflows Automate repetitive data processing, research, reporting, and operational tasks Design workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms Develop custom Python/JavaScript solutions when no-code tools are not sufficient Improve reliability, error handling, logging, and scalability of existing automations Document workflows so they can be maintained and extended Requirements: Proven experience building AI and business automation systems Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, webhooks, and integrations Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms Strong Python and/or JavaScript skills Experience working with REST APIs and external services Understanding of databases and structured data Ability to break down a business process and identify what should be automated Strong problem-solving and communication skills Bonus points: Experience building AI agents or RAG systems Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs Experience with vector databases and embeddings Experience with CRM, ERP, or business management systems Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms Experience working with document extraction, OCR, or intelligent data processing This will start as a project-based engagement, with the potential for ongoing work if things go well.
