A PostgreSQL database with two tenants and a table that has tenant_id. 2. Row-Level Security forced on the table, and an application role without BYPASSRLS. 3. The tenant set per transaction with SET LOCAL. 4. A NestJS endpoint that lists rows for the current tenant. 5. Tests, written first, that prove: tenant A cannot read tenant B, a request with no tenant returns nothing, and a forged tenant ID is rejected, including with pooled connections. 6. A short README and a CI run that fails when a test fails. Walkthrough (30 minutes): the candidate explains every merged change, shows the prompts used, and says what Claude Code got wrong and how they fixed it.
