AI/ML Engineer | RAG, LLMs & Predictive Systems

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying practical AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of predictive modeling, recommendation systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models for forecasting, recommendations, and task prediction. Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and document-grounded AI applications. Experience developing conversational AI systems and AI-powered voice assistants. Ability to work with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and performance evaluation. Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications through APIs and backend services. Familiarity with local model inference and evidence-based retrieval systems. Experience developing multilingual AI solutions, particularly voice-based applications, is an advantage.
