Animate illustration for website

I have a character vector illustration that has already been created that I want to have animated for my website. Here are the general deliverables needed: 1. There are two different pages I want to have him animated (different animation for each page) 2. May possibly want to have him react to a touch or hover over him (would require different animation) 3. Would want the final source files 4. Would want the website assets to be in Lottie format unless I should consider otherwise Thank you.
