Senior Full-Stack Developer / Development Team Needed — Construction SaaS Platform We are looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer or small development team to build a modern SaaS platform for contractors and construction companies. The concept is similar to the functionality of platforms such as CompanyCam, but we are building our own original product, branding, UI/UX, technology, and features. This is intended to become a serious commercial SaaS product, so we are looking for someone who understands product architecture, scalability, security, mobile development, and SaaS—not just basic app development. Core MVP Features Mobile App — iOS & Android * In-app photo and video capture * Automatic GPS and timestamp information * Job/project organization * Photo tagging and categorization * Before/after documentation * Photo annotations and markup * Comments and notes * Offline photo capture * Automatic syncing when internet connection returns * Push notifications Web Platform * Company dashboard * Job/project management * Employee and crew management * Photo/video management * Customer management * Project timelines * Search and filtering * Automated professional PDF reports * Customer sharing/portal SaaS Infrastructure * Company/team accounts * User permissions and roles * Subscription billing * Secure cloud storage * Scalable database architecture * API architecture * Analytics * Admin panel AI Features We also want to incorporate AI into the platform. For example, the system should eventually be able to analyze jobsite photos, identify and categorize images, organize project documentation, assist with reporting, and provide useful job/project insights. We want the architecture designed so additional AI functionality can be added as the platform grows. Preferred Technology We are open to recommendations, but experience with technologies such as: * React Native or Flutter * React / Next.js * Node.js / NestJS * PostgreSQL * AWS / Google Cloud * Cloud storage such as Amazon S3 * REST/GraphQL APIs * AI/API integrations * Stripe or similar subscription billing is highly preferred. Most Important Requirement Offline functionality is critical. Construction workers may be working in basements, rural areas, unfinished buildings, or locations with poor cellular service. Photos and job information must be safely stored on the device and automatically synchronized when connectivity is restored. If you have built an offline-first mobile application before, please explain how you handled synchronization and conflict resolution.
