I'm building Lumen Ops, an automation service for aesthetic clinics. We prevent appointment gaps by reducing last-minute cancellations and automatically refilling open slots without staff having to make phone calls. I'm looking for someone to help me build the automation system: automated appointment reminders (WhatsApp and/or voice), and a workflow that detects cancellations and automatically tries to fill the freed slot from a waitlist or by contacting other clients.
